Information about returning application of the right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999 n. 185, implementing Directive 97/7/EC issued by the European Union on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. This right is the right to return purchased goods to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes which can be regarded as outside his trade. They are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal purchases made by retailers and companies. The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal by sending, within 14 days of work, formal request by registered letter with return receipt within 14 business days from receipt of goods to:
On receipt of the registered letter, SM Technology will send by mail to the customer the authorization to return the product at SM Technology not later than 10 days.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
the right applies to product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to withdraw only part of the purchased product (ex: Accessories, software attachments, etc.);
the right does not apply to prepaid cards Printing, products THREE snaps and service (subscriptions and rechargeable), audio visual and electronic products once opened and used;
the goods purchased must be returned intact and in the original package, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, whenever possible, to put it in another box, on which to place the RMA (return authorization code) made by SM Technology; should be avoided in all cases affixing labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
the property subject to the right of withdrawal should be output in normal condition, as it was kept and used with the use of reasonable diligence: there will not be accepted products used that indicate signs of damage or dirt and therefore can no longer be considered intact;
the property subject to the right of withdrawal must bear the same serial number in the sales invoice SM Technology; If the well were to return a serial number different from that indicated on the invoice, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the customer for return, cancelling the request for withdrawal;
the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
If the goods are damaged during transportation, SM Technology will inform the customer thereof (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at its stores), so that a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, cancelling the request for withdrawal;
MS Technology is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
SM Technology will refund the customer the full amount paid as quickly as possible and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, receipt of goods covered by the withdrawal by following the transfer of the amount charged to your credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide to the Bank on which to obtain reimbursement (ABI-CAB-account of the invoice).
The right of withdrawal is lostfor lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content), in which SM Technology finds:
the lack of external and/or internal packaging;
the integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) or to the product itself;
damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;
one dirty state of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.
The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or without accessories and original equipment will not be accepted by SM Technology and will be returned to the sender with any additional shipping charges.
Refund excludes transport costs (both for sending and returning of the goods) .
