The IC-9700 uses RF direct sampling technology for VHF and UHF operations. This technical solution reduces the hardware complexity, improving the signal to noise ratio.

Icom plans to launch this high-performance SDR transceiver on the market early next year. 

We expect the demand for this product, dedicated especially for SSB, EME and Satellite traffic, to be important. We would like to point out that this indicative price and availability in Italy may be subject to change.
