Products sold by SM Technology are guaranteed for one or two years, and in some cases like the Yaesu for 3 years from the date of purchase of the product. The products have a Warranty and Europe. This service is provided directly by the manufacturers, through the SM Technology directly. The references of the service centres, where not present in individual product cards, will be provided by SM Technology, that will respond to the address email@example.com
For product assistance where the parent is not on the Italian territory, the customer must send the goods at your expense to the address that will be provided during the request.

In case of malfunction, if notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, the product will be replaced or refunded. Otherwise the product should be returned to an authorized manufacturer or sent to SM Technology. The warranty covers:
- for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, free repair -Help Center-choice of products (or individual devices that compose them) resulting in non-compliant manufacturing or materials;
- for a further period of 24 months from the expiry of the 12/24 months, above,the free supply of spare parts meant to replace parts or components found to be defective.
Therefore, it does not cover any lack of conformity resulting from incorrect installation or by atmospheric agents and other damages. see the link:
