Compact 7-Element / 3-Band Beam with Moxon Element for 10/15/20 m.
"3BMOX" is a compact Yagi antenna with a moxon element as a radiator. The Moxon design has several advantages - because of the bent element the construction becomes very compact, the duplex ratio is very favorable, and the antenna has a great bandwidth. In addition, the antenna is well tuned to 50 Ω impedance, so as to avoid any transformation elements such as a balun. With extra elements on the short arm, the results of designing a small 7-element beam for 3 bands with interesting features that require only one power line.
