1. Do I have to register to place an order?
SM provides for the recording of any customer wishing to make a purchase. This is to facilitate the subsequent procedures of checkout and have direct contact with the customer.

2. Can I place orders even if no tournaments?

3. How to order?
Phase 1: identification

4. When will my order be shipped?
Your package is shipped from 24 to 36 hours immediately following the "payment completed."

5. My package was shipped, but I haven't received it yet: what do I do about that?
